Dr. Scott Falci is a neurosurgeon with an unparalleled commitment to improving the lives of patients with spinal cord injuries. During his residency at Georgetown University, he was introduced to this emerging subspecialty, recognizing its potential to transform patient outcomes. He later trained under Dr. Robert Edgar at Craig Rehabilitation Hospital, where he became a pioneer in rehabilitative neurosurgery.

From 1993 to 2021, Dr. Falci served as Craig Hospital’s Chief Neurosurgical Consultant, treating thousands of patients and developing innovative neurosurgical techniques. Today, he continues his mission of advancing spinal cord injury treatment through surgical innovation and research.
